This is amazing. And resonated deeeeeply. I’m definitely going to do some thinking and journaling on the homework you left for us. I picked up an old journal last night and was shocked to realize the growth I’ve had since 2020 but also seems like I’ve lost a lot of the motivation and commitment I used to have? *sigh* reflecting is hard and beautiful at the same time. Thank you for this. Can’t wait for part 2!
